About the organization

Ukrainian Support Innlandet is a non-profit organization registered in the Register of Entities with organization number: 837 405 742.

 

The association has the address:
Fabrikvegen 52, 2849 Kapp.

 

We operate under a strict “open book” policy, where all funds raised go entirely to the purpose: support for Ukraine. We ensure that funds are made available by purchasing vehicles and equipment in Norway and driving all equipment down to the end user in Ukraine.

 

Donation via Vipps

You can support us with a one-time payment or create a fixed monthly donation via Vipps.

 

Fixed donation

With a fixed donation, an optional amount is automatically deducted each month.

* There is no commitment period
* You can terminate the agreement at any time

 

How to end a standing donation

You can stop a standing donation in the following ways:

* Directly in the Vipps app
* By contacting us by email or phone

Termination takes effect before the next scheduled move.

 

Refund and right of withdrawal (Refund Policy)

Donations to Ukrainian Support Innlandet are voluntary contributions to a non-profit organization.

 

Main rule

Donations are generally not refundable, as the funds are transferred to the purpose as quickly as possible.

 

Exception

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

* Error amount (e.g. typing error)
* Unauthorized payment
* Technical error in the payment solution

 

Deadline for inquiries

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

 

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the donation.
